PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage container having a straw therein and beverage product having beverage filled in this beverage container in which beverage in a container main body can be drunk only through removing a cap at a released extremity end of a straw or peeling off a covering film without inserting a straw S into the beverage container main body, beverage can be prevented from being blown or overflown through the straw, the container can be stored in sanitary state and its filling and leakage can be prevented only through re-covering of the cap for the straw when the beverage is finished in drinking in the midway part of it. SOLUTION: A straw S of which attitude is kept in a vertical direction is protruded into and supported at a side wall of a beverage container main body 2 formed by water-proof paper or synthetic resin where beverage P such as tea such as Japanese tea, coffee, milk, juice and mineral water or the like is filled, and the circumference of the straw S protruded into the container is processed with water stopping.
