PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for a power unit that enables reductions in weight and product cost while maintaining high rigidity. SOLUTION: This power unit side bracket 12 includes a first bracket unit 20 and a second bracket unit 22. The first bracket unit 20 is formed by bending of a plate into a member in the form of U on plan view, having a pair of parallel opposed plates 20a, 20b and a back plate 20c interconnecting the opposed plates. The second bracket unit 22 includes an upper plate part 22a, a vertical plate part 22b hanging vertically from a cross-direction end of the upper plate part, and a first rigidity increasing part 22c bent from the lower end of the vertical plate part 22b and secured to the outer periphery of the back plate of the first bracket unit and to a portion of the outer periphery of the other opposed plate 20 to prevent deformation of the first bracket unit, with all of the parts 22a, 22b, 22c being formed by bending of one plate.
