PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, design properties or the like by using a metal fitting having a fixed shape when a plate-like body at the lowermost stage is installed to an exterior-wall substrate when the plate-like bodies are overlapped upwards in a louver fashion. SOLUTION: A fitting section 2 for fitting a sill throating material 4 is formed at one end of a substrate in the started fitting 1 for lap layering, a bent section for forming a fixed opening between the sill throating material 4 and the plate-like body 2 and a retaining section projected towards a front oblique upper section from the front end of the bent section are formed at the other end of the substrate, the fitting section 2 of the fitting 1 is fitted at the upper end section of the sill throating material 4 installed to an exterior- wall foundation 3, and the retaining section is engaged with a groove section formed to the lower section of the rear of the plate-like body 2 and the plate- like body 2 is mounted on the exterior-wall foundation 3.
