PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the panel-attaching structure of a building or the like capable of suppressing total cost as a whole and improving the assembling and working of a frame. SOLUTION: A plurality of panels 21 intersecting in two directions are sandwiched between a frame 2 and a pair of beads 16, the frame 2 constituting a ridge beam part R is divided into a hollow frame 3 and an open frame 4, a pair of support pieces 6 are extended from the hollow frame 3, the cross sectionally dish-shaped clipper 13 having spring property and the open frame 4 are supported on the hollow frame 3, a lip gasket 17 sandwiching the outer peripheral part of the panel 21 with the panel receiver 8 of the free end part of a support piece 6 is provided one end of each bead 16, and a locking claw 18 locked on the inclination piece of the clipper 13 is provided on the other end respectively. The exposed face of the open frame 4 and a part between each lip gasket 17 and the open frame 4 are covered with a corner gasket 24.
