PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body washing device excellent in safety and thermal responsiveness, using a ceramic heater provided with a safety mechanism. SOLUTION: A tank stores a ceramic heater 2 in which a heating resistor for heating water and a detecting resistor for detecting a ceramic base material being in specified conditions and environment, are embedded. The tank is provided with a water supply port 21 for supplying water into the tank, and a discharge port 22 for discharging hot water heated by the ceramic heater 2, to the outside.
