PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning valve used for color change improved in cleanability. SOLUTION: The flow rate of a gas inroduced from a joint 2 for the gas is controlled by a gas flow control mechanism 10 and that of a solvent introduced from a joint 3 for the solvent by a solvent flow control mechanism 12, then the mixing ratio of the gas to solvent is adjusted by a gas-solvent mixing mechanism 18, and a foamed fluid is formed by this color changing cleaning valve.
