PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust height and a level by providing a height adjusting part constructed of a nut and a rotational adjustable bolt in a toilet bowl mounting frame. SOLUTION: A toilet bowl mounting member 2 is constituted of two horizontal members and two vertical members connecting the horizontal members together, and a nut 4a fixed by welding and the like is arranged on the upper face of the upper horizontal member. In a rotational adjustable bolt 4b, the head part is hooked in the upper end of a standing part 1a of a frame 1 while the thread part is engaged with the nut 4a. A height adjusting part 4 is constituted of the nut 4a and the rotational adjustable bolt 4b. After a toilet bowl is installed to a toilet bowl fixing bolt 12, the toilet bowl is set at a slightly higher level, and then, the rotational adjustable bolt 4b is turned so as to lower the toilet bowl for adjusting its height. In this way, the toilet bowl can be kept at a fixed height even when a finished thickness of a floor is varied.
