PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the habitability and comfortableness of residents in a multiple dwelling house by providing the mineral spring to residents of the multiple dwelling house at the minimum cost. SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house 12 is provided with the fire prevention water reservoir 20 for disaster. Hot water or cold water of the mineral spring is supplied to the fire prevention water reservoir 20 through a water supply port, and stored in the water reservoir. The fire prevention water reservoir 20 is used for disaster such as a fire, and besides, it is used as a tank for storing the hot water or the cold water of the mineral spring. The water of the mineral spring stored in the fire prevention water reservoir 20 is warmed through a pump 30, a pressure tank 32, a hot water storage tank 36, a boiler 42, and a circulating pump 44, and supplied to a bathroom equipment of each residence 16.
