SOLUTION: The biologically reacted soln. in a biological reaction tank 6 is supplied to the hollow cylindrical filter body 9, which has filter cloth fitted to the outer peripheral surface thereof, immersed in the biologically reacted soln. to bond the solid in the biologicall reacted soln. to the filter cloth of the filter body 9 by utilizing the head difference between the outside and inside of the filter body 9 to separate the same and filtered water is taken out of the interior of the filter body 9.
