<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for colored coating capable of forming a covering layer excellent in water resistance, weather resistance, alcohol resistance, transparency or the like by applying a baking finish onto a glass product, and a processed pigment for coloring the composition improved in dispersibility. SOLUTION: This composition for coating comprises mixing and stirring a processed pigment dispersed into a copolymer obtained by simultaneously performing ring-opening esterification and copolymerization of an aromatic vinyl monomer, a carboxyl group-containing vinyl-based monomer, methyl methacrylate and a vinyl-based monomer copolymerizable with these monomers (or performing the ring-opening esterification after the mixture of the vinyl-based monomer is previously copolymerized) in the presence of an aliphatic carboxylic acid monoglycidyl ester with a sol fluid obtained by performing polycondensation of an alkoxy silane or its oligomer, and is useful for coating and coloring a recyclable glass.</p> |
