PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin preparation which is used for external use, can effectively utilize fish skins which are industrial wastes, and can sufficiently exhibit the effect of a moisture-retaining ingredient. SOLUTION: This skin preparation for external use is formulated with a hydrolyzed elastin solution originated from fish skins, and a moisture-retaining ingredient. The moisture-retaining ingredient includes amino acids, peptides, proteins, saccharides, polyhydric alcohols and their salts and their derivatives, ceramides, ceramide-similar structure substances, phospholipids, glycolipids, steroids and alga extracts, except the hydrolyzed elastin solution. |
