发明名称 SHOCK-ABSORBING CUSHION
摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shock-absorbing cushion which is excellent in moldability, recyclability and disposability by a method wherein a plurality of parallel cutting lines are provided at a corrugated board of the direction intersecting its flutes and after some of the cutting lines are formed in zigzagging, the corrugated board is folded up in tiers, being bent alternately in opposite directions at each of the cutting lines. SOLUTION: A corrugated board 10 for forming a shock-absorbing cushion is folded up in tiers, being bent alternately in opposite directions at a plurality of parallel cutting lines formed at the corrugated board in the direction intersecting its flutes, and the shock-absorbing cushion is fabricated by joining the bent pieces with one another. The corrugated boards 10 are connected with one another at a plurality of connecting parts 13 formed at some of the cutting lines 11 while uneven parts 17 are made up of zigzagged parts formed at some of the cutting lines 11. Namely, the uneven parts 17 are made to project alternately in the direction of thickness of the corrugated board 10. Therefore, shock absorbing capacity for the shock-absorbing cushion can be increased especially in the direction of thickness by the uneven parts 17. Furthermore, a molding die becomes unnecessary and while a recycling is made possible, a disposal by incineration also becomes possible.
