PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bag-like container to be manufactured in less-expensive manner and easily by a method wherein a main body having a cylindrical opening member is folded into two segments. SOLUTION: There is provided a bag-like container comprised of a main body 3 formed into a bag shape with a plastic film and capable of being stored in a container and an opening member 5a arranged at the main body 3. The container is folded into two segments with each of the ends 3b, 3c of the cylindrical plastic film being overlapped to each other. Each of the ends 3b, 3c folded into two segments is heat sealed while being sealingly closed, thereby the main body 3 is formed and the opening member 5a is arranged at a position where it may become a top surface section when the contents are filled in the main body 3.
