SOLUTION: A packaging bag 1 is formed of a synthetic resin film formed by heat sealing its outer peripheral edges, and discontinuous heat seals 5A and 5B are formed inside the outer peripheral edges, while air vents 8 are opened outside the discontinuous heat seals 5A and 5B.
