PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the installing of an oil cooler and a cooling fan. SOLUTION: An oil cooler and a cooling fan 23 to be a cooling machine are housed in the same case to make a cooling unit 16. This case is divided into a lid 60 at the front half side, and a fan cover 61 at the rear half side, and the oil cooler is housed in the lid 60, while the cooling fan 23 is housed in the fan cover 61, and the both members are screwed up integrally fixed from the front and the rear sides. A projection 70 for hanging is projected at the left and the right of the upper surface of the lid 60, and it is installed to an upper frame which is a part of the car body frame through a bracket 62 for hanging down. The oil cooler is housed in the lid 60 in the condition putting damper rubbers at the four corners, and as a result, the damper rubbers 90 function as rubber mounts in the no combining condition by only placing them between joint recesses and the oil cooler.
