PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cooperatively control the drive of a welding gun with the orthogonal drive of a portal. SOLUTION: The portal 13 is movable reciprocatively in a fixed direction with a driving motor on the base 11 on which a lower stationary electrode board 4 is provided. In the direction orthogonally crossed with the fixed direction of the portal 13, a movable unit 31 to which the welding gun device 1 is supported is provided receprocatively movably with a driving motor. The upper movable electrode 5 of the welding gun device 1 is linearly movable toward the lower stationary electrode board 4 with a driving motor. Three driving motors are cooperatively controlled while being managed by a single control means.
