PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter capable of readily carrying out a seedling feed operation. SOLUTION: In this rice transplanter liftably equipped with a planting machine body 3 at the rear part of a traveling machine body 2 in which the planting machine body 3 is furnished with a sloped seedling placing stand 29 with a high front and a low rear, a seedling feed part 36 for supplying seedling mats 32 is formed at the top of the seedling placing stand 29 and the seedling feed part 36 is made to communicate with a seedling placing part 33 for plural rows for placing the seedling mats 32.
