摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the production capacity of high-plastic formation is low and the running cost is high, a defect that deformation is apt to be caused in die releasing just after forming and a defect that the cost is increased for a temp. control device because a temp. control device is necessarily inserted inside a normal die in warm forming. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy plate is placed on a female die, a material temp. is set to >=150 deg.C to <450 deg.C, by applying an imparting pressure of 15 to 150 kg/cm of a pressurized gas from an antifemale die side of the aluminum alloy plate material for <=2 min, the aluminum alloy plate is formed into a shape following the female die. By preheating the aluminum alloy plate material, a working efficiency is improved.
