<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intaglio of long life not generating cracks on corners of the intaglio and also provide a manufacturing method for the intaglio and a device thereof. SOLUTION: In an intaglio manufacturing method, when laser beams L are emitted to an intaglio material 1A to form a recess 1a on the intaglio material 1A, an emission area and the emission time for the laser beams L to the intaglio material 1A are varied successively, and processed patterns corresponding to the image area of the laser beams L and the recess 1a' of the depth corresponding to the emission time of the laser beams L are successively formed on the intaglio material 1A. Thus, based on the relation between the emission area of the laser beams L to the intaglio material and the emission time of the laser beams L emitted onto the intaglio material 1A, the shape of corners 1b of the recess 1a can be formed into the shape close to the step-shaped bevel shape or almost to the round shape to increase the mechanical strength of the corners 1b, and the intaglio of the long life on which cracks are hard to be generated on the corners 1b thereof is obtained.</p> |
