PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To double fun of movement of a game ball by suppressing repulsion of the game ball, rotating a pinwheel in a state that the game ball is received by a ball receiving part and entangling the game ball in a vane longer than conventional entangling, when the game ball collides against the ball receiving part provided on the vane of the pinwheel to be a flowing down direction changing member. SOLUTION: A pinwheel 20 rotating with a shaft 21 driven into a game board of a game machine as a center has three sheets of vanes 23 projecting to the outside along the circumference of a pinwheel main body 22 and is provided with a decorative plate 24 at a tip surface. In each vane 23, one surface is formed as a ball receiving part 25 and the other surface is formed as a ball repulsion part 24. The ball receiving part 25 is formed into a recessed shape so that a game ball Y may be received. The ball repulsion part 26 is formed into a projecting shape so that the game ball Y may not be received when the game ball Y collides against the part 26. As a result, the game ball Y is made to flow down to an opposite side by rotation of the pinwheel 20 in a state that repulsion of the game ball Y is suppressed and the game ball Y is received on a ball receiving piece 23 longer than conventional receiving when the game ball Y is received by the ball receiving part 25 and movement rich in fun is imparted to the game ball Y.
