PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of natural hair on the bald head of a person which is caused by losing or thinning the hair by increasing the natural restoring power of human beings. SOLUTION: Residues of the scalp is removed without scratching the scalp 21 by sucking the residues with an aspirator X. The contraction of the pores of the scalp 21 in a local part to be treated for growing hair caused by applying a cold gas to the scalp 21 pushes out contaminants to the surface of the scalp 21 by quickly cooling the scalp 21 and, at the same time, accelerates the circulation of the blood through the scalp 21. Since the circulation of the blood is improved by massaging the portions from the upper knees to the soles of feet by adding foot massage in the procedure, the uneasiness in physical condition and stresses are eliminated and the trickogenous function is recovered. The gentle heating action, sterilizing effect, and sweating action of far-infrared rays accelerate the growth of hair, because they accelerate sweating and the excretion of wastes by stimulating sweat glands and sebum glands.
