PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the lightweight of an edge frame and the efficiency of attaching working such as a rod and a pile by rotatably providing an intermediate frame by the support shaft in the axial line direction of a leader on a base frame in the horizontal direction, and rotatably providing the edge frame by the second support shaft in the axial line direction of the leader on the intermediate frame in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: The intermediate frame 14 is provided by the first support shaft 3 on the base frame 2 fixed on the leader 1, and the tip frame 4 is provided by the second support shaft 15 on the intermediate frame 14. In addition, the rotation center of the tip frame 4 is arranged on an extension line or in the neightborhood thereof upward of the center of hanging cargoes such as the rod and the pile to a working device. Thus, the radius of the rotation of the tip frame 4 is small, the lightweight of the tip frame or the like is contrived, even when the tip frame 4 is horizontally rotated to any position, a distance between the attaching position of the hanging cargoes of the working device and the hanging position of the hanging cargoes such as the rods is not changed, and the attaching working of the rod or the like can be improved.
