PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous dispersion composition capable of presenting a novel cross-linking system in a fluororesing system and giving a coating film improved in hardness and a paint excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: This aqueous dispersion composition of a fluororesing consists of an aqueous dispersion of the fluororesing containing >=10 wt.% fluorine and having a carboxylic acid group and/or sulfonic acid group and a cross- linking agent having an aziridine group, carbodiimide group or oxazoline group.
