PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a sample sheet of papermaking, capable of effectively preventing the fiber in a pulp liquid fed to a stock inlet, from sticking in a wire cloth. SOLUTION: A bar 46 for preventing a fiber from sticking is installed under a pulp liquid-feeding pipe for feeding the pulp liquid to a space 48 formed by partitioning a formed between a stock inlet 22 and a wire cloth cup 37 to allow the pulp liquid to be scattered and dropped in a shower state and to prevent the fiber from sticking to a wire net 38. The diluted pulp liquid P' stored in the space 48 is subjected to the papermaking to provide a wet sheet while stirring the diluted pulp liquid P' by the bubbling at upper and lower both sides to allow the pulp liquid just before the settling down of the pulp fiber on the wire net 38, to be precisely stirred.
