PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant three-layered resin sheet capable of being subjected to thin-walled extrusion processing, excellent in mechanical characteristics, electric insulating properties, dimensional stability or the like and suitably usable as an insulating sheet for a video camera or a portable personal computer or a spacer for a printer. SOLUTION: A flame retardant three-layered resin sheet consists of an intermediate layer comprising a resin compsn. which consists of a polyethylene terephthalate type polyester resin, a halogen type flame retardant and a flame retardant assistant or a resin compsn. which consists of polyethylene terephthalate type polyester resin, a halogen type flame retardant, the flame retardant assistant and a reinforcing material and both outer layers comprising at least one kind of a polymer selected from polycarbonate polyarylate, polyethylene terephthalate and a polymer alloy of them.
