PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the action of a brake and speed at a prescribed pressure by installing a first change-over valve which makes the pressure of oil from a hydraulic source act on an advance side oil chamber through a needle valve for adjusting the advancing speed of a piston and a second change-over valve which makes pressure oil act on a retreat side oil chamber through a needle valve for adjusting the speed of the brake. SOLUTION: A piping 15 is branched from a position between a hydraulic source 5 and a throttling valve 9 for controlling the speed of injection and connected to the upstream side of a throttling valve 12 for adjusting the speed of a brake, when braking is necessary during the advance of a piston 2, the retreat side oil chamber 10 of a cylinder 3 is subjected to an action through the valve 12, a pressure sensor 20 is fitted piping 11 connected to the chamber 10, the sensor 20 is detecting the pressure while pressure oil acts on the chamber 10, and when the sensor 20 detected a prescribed pressure value which is an optimum pressure of the chamber 10, a change-over valve 13 is switched to return return oil from the chamber 10 directly to an oil tank 7 by a signal from a controller 21.
