PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection molding in which in the gas assist injection molding of a resin molding, a gas gate is formed in a resin channel, compressed gas is injected only in the channel, the resin in the channel is made hollow, and no hollow part is formed in the resin molding while the cooling/ solidification time of the resin in the channel is curtailed and a molding method. SOLUTION: A sprue 7 for leading a molten resin injected from a molding machine into a cavity in a mold, a runner 8, a resin channel 6 including a resin gate 9, and a gas gate 10 for injecting compressed gas into the channel 6 are provided. The compressed gas is injected from the gas gate 10 to make the resin in the channel 6 hollow, and the compressed gas is not injected into a resin molding so that a hollow part is formed.
