PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press working device capable of easily correcting the direction deviation between a polygonal cross sectional guide post and a guide bushing combining thereto. SOLUTION: A press working device is constituted so that a guide post member 5, in which a part 6 to be fitted into a lower die member has a cross section round shape, a tip part to be fitted into a guide bushing member 10 has a cross section polygonal shape and the tip part is a polygonal columnar shape with gradually tapering off from a cross section polygonal shape, the guide bushing member, in which an outer peripheral part to fit into an upper member 2 is made round and a hole 11 to fit the guide post member is made to a hole shape corresponding to a cross section polygonal shape of the guide post, either one of the guide post member or the guide bushing member is fixed to turnably fixed around axial line for the die, in die-closing, by correction resulting from that a tapering off part 8 is advanced into the guide bushing member, the deviated directions of the guide post member and the guide bushing member are aligned.
