SUBSTANCE: vaccine against influenza virus is prepared as a compound of polymeric carrier with vaccine antigens against influenza virus where ratio antigen : carrier = 1:(5-30). Derivatives of heterochain polyamines with molecular mass 50,000-150,000 Da are used as a polymeric carrier. Method of preparing vaccine against influenza virus involves interaction of vaccine antigens of influenza virus with derivatives of heterochain polyamines by azide method or by chelation reaction. Prepared vaccine exceeds all existing anti-influenza vaccines, its vaccinating dose is decreased by 3-5-fold. Vaccine can be used for prophylaxis of influenza and acute respiratory viral diseases.
