<p>An invention pertains to the technological processes, particularly to the devices for malfunction diagnosis of parts and subassemblies or units. Its objective is an increase of testing reliability and quality thereof. An objective is reached in the following way: in the device for diagnosis, which contains adapters (wear sensors) attached to the part to be tested, said adapters have been substituted by a light diode and photoelectric cell, thereby providing an opportunity to detect the value of attrition wear of sliding or slipping surfaces and rotational axles, e.g., of plain bearings or another wearing parts, when the sensor and sliding surfaces mutually do not come in direct contact. A device for diagnosis of parts offered (fig. 1) comprises the measuring device (3), adapters (1,2) attached to the case of the part (8) to be diagnosticated, as well as the oscillograph (4), microprocessor (5) and output device (6) of graphic information. The technical solution offered is characterised in that the photocells and light diodes are used instead of attrition wear sensors that provides the opportunity to increase the reliability and quality of the malfunction diagnosis.</p> |
