PURPOSE: A device for preventing a ship from being capsized is provided, which generates stability to maintain the balance of a ship when roll is created due to waves. CONSTITUTION: The device for preventing a ship from being capsized is composed of a stabilizer(22) vertically projected through the center of the bottom of a ship; wings(24a, 24b) combined with the stabilizer(22); a pair of flaps(26a, 26b) installed at the back of the wings; a pair of lever fixed on the side of the flaps and capable of controlling the aiming angle of the flaps; a pair of connection roads hinge-combined with the one side of the levers; a moving lever hinge-combined with the connection rods and moving the connection rods up and down; a motor-operating part; a slope sensing part; and a controlling part printing a controlling signal to control the slope angle of the flaps(26a, 26b) generating stability.
