medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves connecting biological tissues by means of laser beam. Interrupted suture is produced. The suture is composed of one or several strings having repeating members in particular cases. The members are selected as points, hyphens and geometrical figures. When looking in vertical cross-section, the suture is built from a set of rods of cylindrical, polyhedral, pyramidal, egg-shaped or conical form members in particular cases. The members are arranged in particular cases in chess- board order inside the lines. The lines are arranged in particular cases in parallel to tissue cut lines.
