SUBSTANCE: reconditioning of extracting agents includes their rinsing with aqueous solutions of organic bases followed by decomposition of waste rinsing solutions; organic bases of aqueous solutions used for rinsing extracting agents incorporate hydroxyethyl groups. Then chemical agents are disintegrated in waste rinsing solutions by evaporation in nitric acid environment. Organic base used for the purpose is hydroxyethyl hydrazine or ethanol amine. Proposed process requires twice as lower concentration of chemical agents, twice as small amount of extracting agent rinsing solution, and twice as small number of steps involved in complete cleaning of extracting agent from dibutyl phosphate acid.
