PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ventilating device to be fitted to windows and entrances of a building. SOLUTION: At least a lower position of a sash provided with a transparent plate is provided with a small window with an insecticidal net capable of communicating with the inside and the outside. The outside of this small window is provide with a louver for preventing the intrusion of the rainwater and the foreign material, and desirably provided with a shutter for opening and closing the small window when necessary.
