PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete product with a heat insulation property, capable of being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The concrete product 1 is molded by placing concrete 3 in such a manner as to allow a thermal insulating member 2 composed of a tatami mat to be buried and surrounded. The member 2, formed with a plurality of through holes, is disposed along the surface of the concrete product 1 composed of a panel. Consequently, the concrete product 1 with the heat insulation property can be easily manufactured without the need for manufacturing the member 2 in advance.
