METHOD OF HEAT TREATMENT OF SHEET MATERIALS IN APPLYING COATS AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

SUBSTANCE: method consists in preliminary heating and measuring the temperature gradient concentrically relative to zone of treatment; according to results of these measurement, rate of motion and/or intensity of heating by source of thermal radiation and/or intensity of heating of materials in zones of measurements is changed. Method is realized by means of device which is provided with pulse converter and comparison unit of signals of thermal sensors combined in thermal battery; signal from thermal battery is furnished to control unit of thermal radiator motion drive and power regulator of sectionalized heater found on base of device on which sheet material is placed.
