PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting apparatus which positively connects both panels together through the use of connectors, and allows the connectors to be always attached to the panels regardless of whether they are used or not. SOLUTION: To connect both the panels 1 together, each panel 1 has a connector 2 arranged thereon and a recess 3 formed therein. The connector 2 is housed in the panel 1 when it is not used, and can be drawn out of the panel 1 when it is used. The recess 3 allows a drawing end 2a of the connector 2 of the other panel 1 to engage with the recess 3 within the same.
