PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat mounting structure capable of improving seat mounting rigidity and rigidity of a vehicle body lower part while preventing the weight from being increased. SOLUTION: A seat mount bracket 3 is mounted to right and left side walls 2A, 2B of a floor tunnel 2, the rear part is extended to the rear part of the vehicle, and both ends of a tunnel stay 4 provided on the lower part of the floor tunnel 2 along the vehicle width direction are attached from the lower side over the right and left lower surfaces of the rear part of the seat mount bracket 3. Therefore, rigidity of the lower part of the vehicle is secured by the tunnel stay 4 while preventing the weight from being increased caused by the increase in the number of parts, sound vibration performance and stability and controllability are improved, and seat mounting strength can be secured.
