PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover case strong against impact load as compared with a conventional material, having durability and lightweight properties, without being restricted from an aspect of a design, having proper elastic modulus and thermal deformation temperature and strong against deformation. SOLUTION: The cover case for covering an apparatus including a power generator is formed from a resin comprising a ring opening crosslinked polymer of a metathesis polymerizable cyclic olefin. The notched Izod value of the resin is 100 J/m or more and the bending elastic modulus thereof is 1 GPa or more and the thermal deformation temperature thereof is 90 deg.C or higher and a fiber reinforcing material is substantially contained in the resin.
