An incision is made in the zone through all sclera layers 1.5 mm distant from the limb. Cyclodialysis being the case, iris root is sutured to scleral spur. No cyclodialysis being the case, the ciliary body is attached to the internal surface of sclera. Collagenous infusion system is additionally implanted into Tenon's space for vasodilative and anti-inflammatory preparations to be introduced through the system. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in fixing detached ciliary body; prevented dystrophic changes.
