SUBSTANCE: patients undergo clinical examination and diagnostically most noticeable clinical features of disease are selected: pain (p1), jaundice (p2), cholangitis (p3), fever (p4), anemia (p5), urine diastase (p6), infiltrate in right pre-costal region (p7), bilirubinemia (p8), and uncomfortable feeling (p9). Thereafter, probability of development of internal bile fistulas is computed in terms of following formula: P = 1- (1-p1)(1-p2)(1-p3)(1-p4). When P <1, development of internal bile fistulas in patients with cholelithiasis is predicted. EFFECT: facilitated prognosis in practical conditions. 4 tbl, 2 ex
