PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable speed device for a winding machine capable of easily setting the optimal dancer position in relation to a wire material and a speed command. SOLUTION: A speed compensation control unit 3 multiplies an operated variable fd output from a PI control unit 37 with a coefficient α.K to compute a speed compensation value ΔV. An adder 4 adds the speed compensation value ΔV output from the speed compensation control unit 3 to a speed command fi to compute a corrected speed command fo1. A frequency converting unit 5 computes an output frequency on the basis of the corrected speed command fo1 obtained by the adder 4. |
