PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying a thermophilic microorganism- derived enzyme produced by transferring a gene into a heterostrain through efficiently extracting and concentrating the enzyme. SOLUTION: This method for purifying a thermophilic microorganism-derived enzyme produced by transferring a gene into a heterostrain involves heating at least two time a solution containing the enzyme at >=60 deg.C.
