PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of acquiring highly accurate position information at all times and acquiring map information useful for a user at normal time. SOLUTION: The user carries a behavior information detection means and a biological information detection means and the position information is recorded in recording media comprehensively installed in public buildings whose addresses are distinct. At normal time, the map information is acquired from the recording medium through short distance radio, an optimum route to a destination is searched and a moving speed is converted. At the time of emergency, emergency signals are transmitted through the short distance radio to the recording medium, and they are automatically reported from the recording medium to an emergency center together with the position information. |
