PURPOSE: A multiplexing transfer and restoration device for signal with arbitrary transfer rate is provided to manage a transfer system and a switching system without man power by multiplexing signal with different transfer rate. CONSTITUTION: A multiplexing transfer and restoration device for signal with arbitrary transfer rate comprises at least two transfer unit, a frame generating unit(100) and a multiplexing unit(130). The transfer unit determines transfer rate of the transmitting signal and converts data depending to transfer rate of the transfer device. The frame generating unit receives multiplexing transfer clock according to transmitting transfer rate in the transfer device so as to generate a frame capable of transmitting the converted data. The multiplexing unit multiplexes the data from the transfer unit in the frame received from the frame generating unit to transmit the data by frame unit.
