PURPOSE: A method for building, repairing and reinforcing a PSC(Pre-stressed Concrete) beam bridge by using the rise and fall of a temporary support is provided to reinforce a second rate bridge by increasing the load capacity and to solve the problem of cracking. CONSTITUTION: A method for building, repairing and reinforcing a PSC beam bridge comprises the steps of mounting plural PSC beams on a pier and an abutment horizontally and perpendicularly, installing a temporary support in the center of a span, raising the temporary support, grouting the floor slab concrete, and removing the temporary support after the floor slab concrete is cured.
