PURPOSE:To provide a freezer liquefier which uses a turbo compressor and effectively utilizes a rotation force generated by an expansion turbine. CONSTITUTION:Gas compressed by a turbo type cold compressor C1 is cooled, in order, by a first heat-exchanger H1, a first expansion turbine T1, a second heat-exchanger H2, a second expansion turbine T2, a third heat-exchanger H3, and a third expansion turbine T3. In this case, the first and second expansion turbines T1, and T2 drive first and second turbo type low temperature compressors C2 and C3 and the pressure of gas flowing to the second and third heat-exchangers H2 and H3 is increased, in order, by the first and second turbo type low temperature compressor C2 and C3. |
