摘要 PURPOSE:To mount a plurality of electronic parts on a board like an integration board without increasing the number of robots, even in the case of an electronic parts mounting robot of one-part insertion system manipulator operation. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board carried through a conveyance track 7 is positioned and fixed by a positioning means 30, and an electronic parts clamped by a claming pawl 5 is mounted on the circuit board by operating a manipulator 6. The positioning means 30 is constituted of the followings; a first and a second positioning arms 31 equipped with positioning pins which engage with positioning holes of the circuit board, a pivotary movement mechanism 32 retaining the positioning arms 31 so as to be capable of free transversal pivotary movement, a main body part 33 retaining the pivotary mechanism, and a reciprocating movement mechanism 34 which moves the main body part 33 forward and backward along the conveyance track. The circuit board positioned by the positioning arm 31 is slid forward and backward by the positioning arm 31, and the mounting position of an electronic parts is changed.
