Invention claims the preparation comprising cyclosporin, propylene carbonate, surface-active substance with value of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance 8-17 and at least one compound taken among the group including ester of fatty acid and primary alcohol, fatty acid triglyceride of mean long chain and fatty acid monoglyceride as a lubricant. By the second variant the preparation comprises cyclosporin and propylene carbonate. Invention ensures to prepare medicinal form of cyclosporin retaining stability for the total period of their storage being without any alternation of their availability and therefore the effect of cyclosporin can maintain at the constant level.
