PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition capable of extremely clearly black marking with high blackness by irradiating it with a laser beam. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin and a sulfide. As the sulfide, a metal sulfide or the like can be used. The composition may contain a carbon black having a mean particle size of 10 to 90 nm. Further, the composition may contain a titanium dioxide.
